Yoga is a practice that allows us to work on our breathing, posture, balance and brings many benefits to our body and mind. By practicing regularly, you can improve your flexibility, muscle strength, reduce stress, improve sleep and concentration.
I am excited to present my schedule of Vinyasa/ Hatha Yoga classes. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, each session will be tailored to your level.Join me on the mat for a week of physical and mental well-being 🧘‍♀️💪

Le yoga est une pratique qui permet de travailler sur notre respiration, notre posture, notre équilibre et qui apporte de nombreux bienfaits à notre corps et notre esprit. En pratiquant régulièrement, vous pourrez améliorer votre souplesse, votre force musculaire, diminuer votre stress, améliorer votre sommeil et votre concentration.

Qui est prêt à transpirer et à se sentir bien cette semaine ? 🤸‍♀️💦🔥 Je suis super excitée de vous présenter mon planning de cours de yoga Vinyasa pour cette semaine, et croyez-moi, on va tout donner ! 🌟
Que vous soyez débutant ou confirmé, mes cours sont conçus pour vous permettre d'explorer votre corps, d'augmenter votre souplesse et votre force, et de vous aider à trouver votre centre intérieur. Feeling so ready for 2023 and for all the new challenges this year reserves.
2022 definitely came with a lot of changes and I am looking forward to starting this new chapter ✨

Practicing yoga is always a good idea and definitely the best way to start the year.

Otherwise we meet in January to start 2023 in the best possible way - 3 practices a week:

+ Wednesday 6.45pm at my studio (Brugmann)
+ Friday 5pm at my studio (Brugmann)

Ps: we always finish with a few yin or restorative postures and a deeeep relaxation to feel recharged and ready to kick off this new year
